"Apartments are very nice (don't see granite countertops in apartments often) and the floorplans are well designed and cozy. Apartments seem to be exceptionally well insulated, so not a lot of noise disturbance from your neighbors. The manager, is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Also its one of the very few locations in the area that already has available fiber optic internet with 1gb/s speeds which is great for me since I am a techy type. Not a very large complex which means it's quiet and you get personal service from management. Overall a great little community."
